Yishun Polyclinic falls under one of the three main arms of the government’s primary healthcare in Singapore. It is one of the six polyclinics managed by the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHG) that provides subsidised outpatient medical care, health screening, pharmacy services, and others.
Previously located at Yishun Central 1 up until 2018, Yishun Polyclinic has since moved to a new location conveniently situated near the community centre. The polyclinic has received 3 out of 5 stars on Google based on 133 reviews. The clinic is well organised with proper SOPs in place during this pandemic.
Most reviewers complimented the professional doctors and friendly and helpful staff as well as the pharmacist. However, many did not seem to like the fact that one has to take the lift to go to their respective medical services, unlike at the old clinic.
The new location of Yishun Polyclinic is still nearby to the old building, and it is conveniently located near the Yishun MRT Station as well as Yishun bus interchange. On top of that, it is nearby the Yishun Community Hospital and many restaurants.
Yishun Polyclinic does not provide dental health services.
