Magic word Teach your children important magic words, such as, thank you and please. Teaching good manners is also an important part of raising a kind child. 3. Lead by example Be a role model for your children. Make sure that you are kind to others. Treat one another with respect and embody strong morals and values. Practice random acts of kindness Random act of kindness is something that will make someone’s day a little brighter, and that can be anything. The other person doesn’t even have to know who did it.
