Punggol Polyclinic falls under one of the three main arms of the government’s primary healthcare in Singapore. It is one of the six polyclinics managed by the Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) that provides primary healthcare services and plays an integral role in delivering seamless, person-centred, and preventive healthcare.

Located just off an inland waterway, Punggol polyclinic has received over 130 reviews on Google Rating. Most were impressed by the excellent service and clear directions of the polyclinic. The medical professionals and staff were said to be friendly and helpful.

Some people also mentioned that using the Health Buddy application on their smartphones helped tremendously in registration and payment, although payment via CDA account, which is a bank account that is tied to your child, can only be done at the payment kiosk inside the polyclinic.

When booked in advance, your appointment will go smoothly and most noted on the timely manner of the doctors. The polyclinic is said to be spacious, well-organised, and clean.

There are many restaurants and amenities nearby if you wish to run other errands prior to or after your clinic visit. Moreover, getting to the polyclinic is easy with the nearest Oasis LRT which is only within walking distance to the polyclinic.

Get a queue ticket at the Self-Service Kiosk and register* at the counter. After the registration, proceed to the room number as indicated on the queue slip.

For patients without appointment:
Upon registration, you will be provided with an estimated time slot to be seen on the same day. The estimated time slots provided depend on the availability of slots and urgency of your condition.

Registration may close earlier if appointment slots run out.
