Things To Do at the Museum of Ice Cream Singapore

The Museum of Ice Cream’s experience is designed to take around approximately 60 to 90 minutes to complete. At some stations, you have a chance to eat unlimited ice cream treats in different shapes and forms. You’ll also learn all about ice cream and its history across 14 multi-sensory installations.

Bring your sweetest dreams to life, and create lasting memories with your friends and family. The Insta-worthy experiences provide great photo opportunities, and you’re highly encouraged to wear pink or light coloured clothes to complement the pink exhibits and installations!

There are many play areas inside that will appeal to not just the young ones, but also the young at heart. Kids will love drawing their own ice creams on the iPads and see it appear on the wall displays. There’s also a bouncy castle in one of the exhibits, and a playground with a unicorn slide and cherry and banana swings somewhere in the middle.

They’ve saved the best for last as you’ll find the world’s largest sprinkle pool at the very end. It’s complete with a diving board and pool steps for you to dive into. Don’t worry, it’s not just for kids, you can release the inner child in you and indulge in some fun too. Just remember to take your shoes off before entering!

After finishing all the exhibitions, feel free to wind down at their cafe or bar.

How to get there

The Museum of Ice Cream is located at 100 Loewen Road, Dempsey.

By Car

Extremely limited parking is available next to their Alfresco Bar & Cafe. Alternatively, there are plenty of parking spots nearby within Dempsey that you can use and take a short walk to the museum.

By Public Transport

The nearest bus stop would be CSC Dempsey Clubhouse with the following bus services: 7, 75, 77, 105, 106, 123, 174, followed by a scenic 10 min walk.

If you are arriving by taxi or private hire service, there is a dedicated drop-off area for you to disembark

Things to note

1. Toilets are only located outside, so everyone is encouraged to use it first, especially the young ones, before heading in as the exhibitions are one-way and you can’t turn back.

2. Arrive within half an hour of your time slot, as they have the right to deny your entry and you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Children aged under 12 visiting the museum have to be supervised by an adult.

4. Strollers are allowed within the experience. However, they are not able to provide storage for the strollers.

5. Each treat station has a vegan alternative for dairy-free scoops. However, please note that other products may contain traces of nuts and they cannot guarantee preparation in a nut-free environment.

6. Animals are not permitted in the museum or the cafe and bar.
