Boxing is a pretty neat way to keep fit and healthy.

Unlike how it may look, the sport isn’t violent at all. In fact, it encourages self discipline and gives you a sense of purpose.

There are many types of boxing classes in Singapore for ladies.

For instance, some providers give kickboxing classes, whereas others combine it with HIIT and other workouts.

This is one of the boxing classes in Singapore that welcomes everyone, and exudes a friendly atmosphere. Classes are conducted by two main trainers, Matt and River.
