The timeless magic of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast has arrived in Singapore, marking the Asian premiere of this new production.

From the producers and presenter behind the acclaimed seasons of The Lion King, Aladdin and Frozen, this reimagined staging brings the beloved tale to life with captivating performances and a spellbinding new design.

Playing for a strictly limited season from 11 December 2025 to 25 January 2026 at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast invites audiences to step into a world of romance, wonder and Disney magic.

A cherished classic reimagined for a new generation, the show dazzles with stunning sets, exquisite costumes, and state-of-the-art theatrical technology, all while preserving the iconic music of Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice. Audiences can look forward to timeless favourites such as Belle, Gaston, Be Our Guest, and the Oscar-winning title song, Beauty and the Beast.

In addition to the magical performances, audiences can enjoy a series of special activities and exclusive ticket-holder privileges across the Singapore season.

Upon entry at Sands Theatre, patrons will receive a redemption voucher containing instructions that will direct them to The Shilla Duty Free website to select their complimentary beauty product, along with details on how to redeem it at a The Shilla Duty Free outlet.

Enchanting Treat – 20% Off Dining at Marina Bay Sands

From 11 December 2025 to 25 January 2026, enjoy 20% off at select food and beverage outlets, including Black Tap, KOMA, Origin + Bloom (available exclusively at Level 4 of Sands Expo and Convention Centre), and Yardbird, featuring a specially curated selection of inspired dining experiences.

Leading the company are Shubshri Kandiah as Belle, returning to Singapore after her performance as Princess Jasmine in Disney’s Aladdin in 2019, and Brendan Xavier as the Beast, previously seen by local audiences as Kristoff in Disney’s Frozen in 2023.

They are joined by Rohan Browne, who plays Lumiere; Gareth Jacobs, who plays Cogsworth; Jayde Westaby, who plays Mrs Potts; Jackson Head, who plays Gaston; Adam Di Martino, who plays Le Fou; and Mark Owen-Taylor, who plays Maurice. Rounding out the principal cast are Hayley Martin, who plays Babette, and Alana Tranter, who plays Madame.

Joining the ensemble are Alex Mulcahy, Angela Brischetto, Annabelle Rosewarne, Annaliese Hall, Bella Runnalls, Bree Stephens, Callum Marshall, David Duketis, Declan Allen, Emma Dawson, Grace Williams, Jack Reason, James MacAlpine, Lewis Shilvock, Luke Ward, Madelene Kirkwood, Madison Randl, Oscar Mulcahy, Phoebe Surman, Rubin Matters, and William Brougham.

Also joining the ensemble is Tanika Anderson, a former Hi-5 cast member and a familiar face to Singaporean and regional audiences who grew up with the popular children’s entertainment group.

Based on Disney’s iconic 1991 animated film, Beauty and the Beast remains one of Broadway’s most celebrated musicals, having played for over 13 years and toured to 37 countries worldwide.

This Singapore season marks the production’s only stop in Asia, offering regional audiences a rare opportunity to experience the story in a newly reimagined staging.

This fresh production brings the timeless romance to life on stage with all the spectacle and grandeur audiences know and love, featuring elevated choreography, orchestrations, and technical design, delivering the grandeur and heart that fans expect from Disney’s world-class theatrical productions.

Beauty and the Beast is produced by Disney Theatrical Group under the direction of Managing Director Andrew Flatt and Executive Producer Anne Quart and presented in Singapore by Base Entertainment Asia under the direction of Chantal Prudhomme.
